Before you buy

Should I buy the kits one by one or all three?
If you already have some SOPs and only need a home for them, Process Library Setup alone may be enough. If most of what you know is still in your head, the full kit gives you the whole path for €10 less.
In what order do I use them?
01 → 02 → 03. The Start here page gives you a 30-day plan.
Does it work without ClickUp?
Yes. Every kit includes a Google Drive version that doesn't need a paid Google Workspace account.
Can I edit the files?
Yes. Every kit comes with an editable Word version.
What exactly do I get?
One ZIP file with a Start here page and three folders, one for each kit. Each folder has the PDF guide and an editable Word version (.docx); Your First SOPs also includes a plain-text SOP template for ClickUp. 57 pages in total.
How do I receive the files?
Right after payment you get a download link on screen and by email. The files are yours to keep.
Who handles the payment?
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller. They process your card, PayPal or Apple Pay payment securely and add VAT or sales tax where it applies, so your receipt comes from Lemon Squeezy.
Can I share it with my team?
Yes. Use it inside your own business and share it with your team. Please don't resell it or share it publicly. The full licence is in our Terms.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If a file doesn't work, we fix it and send you a corrected file. Just email kancpropr@gmail.com. See our Refund Policy.
