How buying and using our digital kits works: payment, delivery, what you may do with the files, and our responsibilities.

1. Who we are
This website and the Kanc Pro Process Library are run by [Registered business name], a sole proprietor (preduzetnik) registered in the Republic of Serbia, operating under the name Kanc Pro Group (“Kanc Pro Group”, “we”, “us”).

2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you use kancprogroup.com and when you buy a digital product from the Kanc Pro Process Library (a “kit”). By completing a purchase, you agree to them.
Consulting and implementation services (Kanc Pro Systems, Kanc Pro Digital) are not sold through this website. They are agreed separately, in writing, before any work starts.
3. The products
Our kits are digital downloads: guides with standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists and templates for small businesses. Each product page lists what is included, the number of pages and the file formats (usually a PDF and an editable Word file, sometimes a plain-text template).
All content is original and written by Kanc Pro Group. The kits describe third-party tools such as ClickUp, Google Drive, Zoom or WhatsApp as they work on the day of writing. These tools change their features and menus over time, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) on each product page. All purchases are one-time payments. We do not sell subscriptions.
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment, adds VAT or sales tax where it applies, and issues your receipt. Lemon Squeezy’s own buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
5. Delivery
Your files are delivered right after payment: you get a download link on screen and by email from Lemon Squeezy. Please download your files and keep a copy. If a link stops working, email us and we will send the files again.
6. Your licence
When you buy a kit, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it inside your own business. You may:
- use, print and edit the files for your own business;
- share them with your own team, including employees and contractors who work for your business;
- adapt the procedures and templates so they become your own internal documents.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense or give away the files, in original or edited form;
- share them publicly, for example on a website, in a course, a community or a public folder;
- use them to build products you sell, or deliver them to your own clients, without our written permission.
All rights not granted here stay with Kanc Pro Group, including copyright in the texts, design and templates.
7. Refunds
Because the files are delivered immediately, all sales are final. If a file doesn’t work, we fix it. The details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Guidance, not professional advice
The kits give practical, operational guidance. They are not legal, tax, accounting, HR or data protection advice. You are responsible for adapting them to your business and for checking that your processes meet the laws that apply to you. Results depend on how the kits are used, so we cannot promise a specific outcome.
9. Liability
We prepare our kits with care, but they are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Using this website
You may browse the website and share links to it. Please don’t copy its content for other websites or try to interfere with how it works. Links to other websites and tools are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought the kit.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
