Privacy Policy

What data we collect when you use our website, download a resource, book a call or buy a kit, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

This website and the Kanc Pro Process Library are run by [Registered business name], a sole proprietor (preduzetnik) registered in the Republic of Serbia, operating under the name Kanc Pro Group (“Kanc Pro Group”, “we”, “us”).

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We process it in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect and why

Checklist download. When you download our free checklist, we collect your email address. We use it to give you the checklist and, occasionally, to reply if you write back. We don’t add you to an email newsletter. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in knowing who uses our resources.

WhatsApp updates (optional). If you tick the WhatsApp box on one of our forms, we collect your WhatsApp number and send you useful tips and news, at most twice a month. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. Legal basis: your consent.

Contact form. Your name, company, email, phone number, area of interest and message, so we can answer your inquiry. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying.

Purchases. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We receive your name, email address, country, the product you bought and the order details. We never see your card details. We use this to deliver your files, support you and keep business records. Legal basis: the contract with you and our legal obligations.

Booking a call. Calls are booked through Cal.com. We receive your name, email, the time you chose and anything you write in the booking form, and use it to prepare and hold the call. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.

Messages. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your message and contact details and use them to reply.

Website analytics. We use Google Tag Manager to run analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, that tell us how visitors use the website (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). These tools use cookies. See “Cookies” below.

3. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the website and the shop:

• Netlify: website hosting and form submissions;
• Lemon Squeezy: checkout, payment, tax and file delivery (Lemon Squeezy acts as reseller and is responsible for payment data under its own privacy policy);
• Cal.com: call booking;
• Google: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Gmail;
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to write to us or receive updates there.

Some of these providers are based in the United States or process data there. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. How long we keep it

• Checklist and contact form submissions: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them;
• WhatsApp updates: until you reply STOP or withdraw consent;
• Purchase and accounting records: as long as tax and accounting laws require;
• Emails and messages: as long as needed to handle your request, and then no longer than 24 months.

5. Cookies

The website itself works without cookies. Cookies are set by analytics tools (Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager) and, when you open the checkout, by Lemon Squeezy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the website and the checkout will still work.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email kancpropr@gmail.com.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs), or the data protection authority in the country where you live.

7. Children

Our website and products are meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
